WhatsApp Booking Flows Add 13 Languages and Regional Options
TL;DR
WhatsApp appointment booking flows now support 13 languages and regional variants with full translation across all booking components.

TL;DR
HighLevel added multi-language support for WhatsApp appointment booking flows across 13 languages and regional variants.
If you book appointments via WhatsApp in non-English markets, you can now set your flows to match your local audience.
Who this affects
HighLevel has not confirmed whether this feature is restricted to specific plans or sub-account tiers.
Agencies and clients actively using or planning to use WhatsApp appointment booking flows in international or non-English markets should review this. If you only operate in English, you can safely ignore it.
What changed
Added language selection for WhatsApp appointment booking flows across 13 languages and regional variants: English, German, Spanish, French (France and Canada), Italian, Dutch, Norwegian, Portuguese (Brazil and Portugal), Danish, Finnish, and Swedish.
The entire appointment booking interface is translated, including timezone pickers, date and time selectors, field labels, helper text, and confirm buttons.
A live preview now renders the flow in the selected language so you can inspect it before publishing.
A Language column has been added to the WhatsApp flows list view.
HighLevel has not confirmed rollout status, plan gating, or specific usage limits.
Where to find it
Go to Settings → Communications → WhatsApp → Flows inside your sub-account.
The flows list view now includes the Language column, and language selection alongside the live preview is located inside the flow editor.
How agencies will use this
An agency managing sub-accounts in multilingual markets can now align their messaging with their audience's native language. When building an appointment booking flow tied to a client calendar, the operator selects the target language—such as Spanish or French (Canada)—in the flow settings.
The operator checks the live preview inside the builder to verify that the labels, timezone picker, and confirm buttons render accurately in that language before publishing. Once published, the agency can deploy that specific flow in their messaging workflows so leads experience a fully localized booking interface over WhatsApp.
Our take
This is a standard integration update. If you do not run appointment bookings through WhatsApp, it does not matter this week.
For agencies operating outside English-speaking regions, however, having system elements like date selectors and confirm buttons stuck in English was a persistent point of friction. This cleanly solves that problem without requiring custom workarounds.
