TL;DR

TL;DR
Sub-accounts can now connect multiple Facebook accounts and Pages for messaging, lead sync, and automations.
You must manually turn on the feature toggle in Labs to use it.
Who this affects
HighLevel has not confirmed which specific plans or user tiers have access to this update, nor who is specifically affected.
Operators running multiple Facebook accounts or Pages inside a single sub-account are the intended audience.
What changed
- Users can now connect multiple Facebook accounts to a single sub-account, with multiple Facebook Pages supported under each connected account.
- The Facebook integration moved to the Marketplace architecture and stores tokens in the Marketplace keychain.
- Messages and lead sync can now be managed across multiple connected Pages from different Facebook accounts.
- Supported automations can run across multiple connected Facebook Pages.
- Facebook Shops and Ad Accounts remain restricted to a single Facebook account.
- Access requires enabling the "Facebook marketplace migration & multiple account support" toggle in Labs.
- HighLevel has not confirmed rollout status, plan gating, or whether existing connections will break.
Where to find it
Go to Settings → Integrations inside the sub-account.
To see the new account options, first enable the "Facebook marketplace migration & multiple account support" toggle in Labs.
How agencies will use this
An agency running a sub-account that needs access to assets from different Facebook logins can connect each account under Settings → Integrations.
Once connected, lead sync pulls incoming leads from the various Pages into the sub-account, and inbound conversations across accounts appear in the messaging interface.
Agencies can then configure supported automations to execute across those connected Pages simultaneously.
However, teams running ads or commerce still need to pick one primary profile, because Ad Accounts and Shops do not support multiple accounts.
Our take
This is a major architectural shift for Facebook connections in HighLevel.
Migrating to the Marketplace keychain and dropping the single-account ceiling resolves a persistent pain point for complex sub-account setups.
Because it currently sits behind a Labs toggle and limits Shops and Ad Accounts to a single account, test it on an internal sub-account before rolling it out to clients.
