Ask AI Mobile Adds Connectors and Custom MCP Server Support
TL;DR
HighLevel mobile version 4.27.0 adds Ask AI Connectors, custom MCP server support, and bidirectional sync with the web app.

TL;DR
Ask AI on mobile now supports third-party app Connectors and custom MCP servers on version 4.27.0 and later.
Update your app to access the feature. If you do not use Ask AI on mobile, no action is needed.
Who this affects
HighLevel has not confirmed specific plan restrictions or user gating for this update.
It applies to users on version 4.27.0 or newer of the HighLevel, LeadConnector, and White Label mobile apps.
Because connections are isolated to individual users per sub-account, team members in the same sub-account cannot access or manage each other's connected tools.
What changed
- Connectors are available inside Ask AI on mobile version 4.27.0 and higher across HighLevel, LeadConnector, and White Label applications.
- A Connected tab lists all connected apps, total account counts, and currently active tools.
- A Browse tab allows users to search the third-party app catalog and complete account authentication via an in-app browser.
- Users can manage permissions by toggling specific tools on or off per connected app, or by using a Select all option.
- Users can register custom Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers by providing a name, server URL (http:// or https://), Client ID, client secret, and redirect URL.
- Connectors and settings sync bidirectionally between the mobile app and the web platform.
- Connectors and accounts are private to the individual user within each sub-account and are not shared with other sub-account users.
- HighLevel has not confirmed rollout stages, plan gating, usage limits, or what this replaces or breaks.
Where to find it
In the mobile app, go to Mobile App > Ask AI > Chat history icon > Customize > Connectors.
Make sure your app is updated to version 4.27.0 or higher.
How agencies will use this
An operator working inside a client sub-account can open Ask AI on their phone and access Customize Connectors from the chat history menu.
Under the Browse tab, they can link third-party accounts through the in-app browser or enter their credentials for a custom MCP server, including the server URL, Client ID, and client secret.
Once configured, they choose which individual tools to toggle on for that application.
Because settings synchronize bidirectionally with the web platform, any connector set up on the phone is immediately available when opening that same sub-account on a desktop browser, while keeping the credentials private from other staff members in that sub-account.
Our take
HighLevel labels this a major update, though they have not confirmed their internal reasoning.
Adding custom MCP server capability and third-party app authentication directly on mobile brings Ask AI closer to parity with the web platform.
If you do not rely on Ask AI on your phone or use external connectors, you can safely ignore this update for now.
