HighLevel Adds Conditional URL Redirects to Quiz Builder
TL;DR
HighLevel has added conditional logic to Quizzes, enabling custom URL redirects based on answers and quiz scoring fields.

TL;DR
HighLevel added conditional logic to Quizzes, allowing respondents to be sent to custom URLs based on scores. Review your quizzes if you want to bypass the default results page.
Who this affects
HighLevel has not confirmed which plan levels or sub-accounts are affected by this update.
Agencies building quizzes to assess or qualify leads will find this relevant. If you do not use Quizzes inside your sub-accounts, you can safely ignore it.
What changed
HighLevel added several conditional logic capabilities to Quizzes:
- Added the Redirect to URL conditional logic type directly into Quizzes.
- Ported over existing Redirect to URL conditional logic capabilities from Forms & Surveys into Quizzes.
- Added four quiz-specific logic fields: Highest Category, Lowest Category, Overall Score, and Category Score.
- Allowed respondents to be routed to custom URLs depending on conditional rules rather than landing on the default Quiz Results page.
Plan gating, usage limits, and rollout status have not been confirmed by HighLevel. HighLevel has also not confirmed whether this replaces or breaks any existing functionality.
Where to find it
Open your sub-account and go to Quiz Builder > Conditional Logic.
How agencies will use this
An agency running an assessment quiz can evaluate a respondent's Category Score or Overall Score and immediately route them to a specific URL.
Instead of showing every respondent the default Quiz Results page, the quiz evaluates logic fields like Highest Category or Lowest Category. Based on those conditions, the quiz redirects the lead to a custom URL tailored to their specific outcome.
Our take
HighLevel marks this as a major update.
Forms & Surveys already had conditional URL redirects, so leaving Quizzes locked to a default results page was a limitation. Adding conditions based on Highest Category, Lowest Category, Overall Score, and Category Score makes Quizzes much more practical for routing leads without workarounds.
