Community Admins Can Now Create Multiple Pricing Plans
TL;DR
HighLevel community admins can now build tiered pricing plans with bundled content and multiple billing frequencies.

TL;DR
Admins can now set up multiple pricing tiers per community with bundled content and trials. If you monetize communities in HighLevel, check your subscription settings.
Who this affects
HighLevel has not confirmed which account tiers or subscription plans have access to this feature. It directly affects any admin operating a paid community.
What changed
- Admins can create multiple pricing plans for a single community from Settings → Subscriptions.
- Plans support weekly, monthly, yearly, or one-time payment options across multiple currencies.
- Optional free trials can be configured on any plan.
- Admins can bundle access to specific private channels, paid events, and paid or private courses into individual plans.
- Admins can activate, deactivate, reorder plans, track member counts, and label a plan as Most Popular.
- Members can compare available plans, subscribe, switch tiers, and review billing information via the Manage subscription page.
- Current member subscriptions stay preserved until the user confirms a plan switch.
- Rollout status, plan gating, and limit details have not been confirmed by HighLevel.
Where to find it
In your community, open Settings and select Subscriptions. Members access their plan options and billing details through the Manage subscription page.
How agencies will use this
An agency setting up a client community can now offer distinct access levels from a single setup screen. The admin navigates to Settings → Subscriptions to create an entry-level monthly plan with standard channel access. Next, the admin creates an annual tier bundled with private channels, paid events, and private courses, setting it as Most Popular. Members view the comparison list, select their preferred currency and frequency, or activate a free trial. When an existing subscriber upgrades or changes tiers, their original subscription remains active until they confirm the switch on the Manage subscription page.
Our take
This is a major update for community creators. Previously, gating access to different channels or courses required separate workarounds. HighLevel has not confirmed rollout or gating details, but native plan comparison, bundled assets, and self-serve tier switching bring Communities closer to dedicated membership platforms.
