HighLevel Launches Loyalty & Rewards in Private Beta
TL;DR
HighLevel has released a native Loyalty & Rewards system into private beta, introducing automated points, QR wallet passes, and CRM integration.

TL;DR
HighLevel launched its Loyalty & Rewards feature into private beta with points automation, QR wallet passes, and scanner tools. You do not need to take immediate action unless you have access to the private beta.
Who this affects
HighLevel has not confirmed which specific plans or account tiers will receive access to this feature. Agencies managing clients with ecommerce checkouts or brick-and-mortar storefronts will care most. If your clients do not sell products or rely on repeat visits, you can ignore this update for now.
What changed
HighLevel released the following capabilities inside the private beta:
- Released HighLevel Loyalty & Rewards into private beta.
- Added loyalty program creation support for both ecommerce checkouts and physical in-store checkouts.
- Added automated point-awarding rules triggered by customer purchases, referrals, account creation, and birthdays.
- Introduced digital QR code wallet passes alongside a scanner tool for in-store verification and points redemption.
- Integrated loyalty balances, visit frequency tracking, and reward history directly into CRM contact profiles.
- Added a dedicated analytics dashboard tracking active members, points awarded, redemption rates, and revenue metrics.
- Rollout status, plan gating, usage limits, and legacy replacements have not been confirmed by HighLevel.
Where to find it
HighLevel has not published the exact navigation path for this feature yet. Because the feature connects directly to customer checkouts and CRM contact profiles, it will likely reside inside the sub-account dashboard near commerce or marketing tools once publicly released.
How agencies will use this
An agency can configure a customer retention program inside a client's sub-account for both online and in-person checkouts. Automated point-awarding rules issue points whenever a buyer creates an account, celebrates a birthday, makes a purchase, or refers another customer.
For brick-and-mortar clients, customers receive a digital QR code wallet pass. Store staff use the native scanner tool at the register to verify the customer, check their points balance, and process redemptions on the spot. Account managers can open any CRM contact profile to audit loyalty balances, visit frequency, and reward redemption history, while checking the analytics dashboard to review active members, points awarded, and total revenue metrics.
Our take
This is a major feature addition. Native customer loyalty has been an obvious missing piece in HighLevel's commerce stack, typically forcing agencies to stitch together third-party reward platforms via webhooks.
That said, it is currently in private beta, and HighLevel has not confirmed plan gating or pricing limits. Do not pitch this to clients or build offers around it until HighLevel confirms general availability and release terms.
