Sync CRM Smart Lists to Meta Audiences in Ad Manager
TL;DR
HighLevel now lets users sync CRM Smart Lists directly to Meta Ad Manager to create dynamic custom and lookalike audiences.

TL;DR
HighLevel Ad Manager now syncs CRM Smart Lists directly into Meta custom and lookalike audiences.
Check Ad Manager settings if you manage Meta ads inside HighLevel.
Who this affects
HighLevel has not confirmed which plan tiers or sub-accounts have access to this feature, or who is specifically affected.
If your agency does not manage Meta ads inside HighLevel, you can safely ignore this.
What changed
HighLevel added the ability to turn CRM contact data into Meta ad audiences inside the platform:
- Users can connect Meta ad accounts within Ad Manager settings.
- CRM Smart Lists can be converted into Meta custom audiences directly in Ad Manager.
- Dynamic audience updates can be enabled to automate CRM contact syncs to Meta.
- Lookalike audiences can be configured with geographic location and similarity percentage settings.
HighLevel has not confirmed any usage limits, plan gating, rollout status, or whether this replaces or breaks existing integrations.
Where to find it
Go to Marketing > Ad Manager. You can connect your Meta ad accounts and manage custom audience settings from there.
How agencies will use this
An agency operator connects a client Meta ad account within Ad Manager settings.
From Ad Manager, the operator selects an existing CRM Smart List and converts it into a Meta custom audience.
They turn on dynamic audience updates so new contacts qualifying for that Smart List automatically sync over to Meta over time.
Using that synced list, the agency configures a lookalike audience directly in Ad Manager by selecting the desired geographic location and similarity percentage settings.
Our take
This is a standard workflow update. Eliminating manual CSV exports between your CRM contacts and Meta custom audiences saves routine administrative time.
Because HighLevel has not confirmed rollout status or plan gating, check Marketing > Ad Manager to see if it is available in your account. If you manage paid campaigns strictly inside Meta Ads Manager rather than HighLevel, this will not change how you operate this week.
