HubSpot Importer Adds Date Filters and Record Previews

What changed

HighLevel updated the HubSpot Importer with the following capabilities:

• Added filtering for contacts, deals, companies, and tasks by creation date or last modified date.
• Added the ability to combine these filters using AND/OR conditions.
• Added record count previews prior to running the import.

HighLevel has not confirmed limits, plan gating, rollout status, or whether this replaces an earlier version of the importer interface.

How agencies will use this

An operator onboarding a new client from HubSpot can now filter out dead records before migrating data into a sub-account. When configuring the import, the agency can target contacts, deals, companies, and tasks modified within the last year, applying AND/OR logic to capture active pipelines while leaving archived items behind. Before running the job, the operator reviews the record count preview to verify the volume matches expectations before populating the sub-account.

This is a minor update. It matters only when you are moving a client off HubSpot into HighLevel. Record count previews and basic date filtering are standard migration features that should have been present from the start, but having them now prevents cluttering clean sub-accounts with obsolete data.
