Service Booking Added to HighLevel Client Portal
TL;DR
Clients can now book, reschedule, and cancel service appointments directly inside the HighLevel Client Portal.

TL;DR
Clients can now book, reschedule, and cancel service appointments directly inside the Client Portal with pre-filled contact details. If you use the Client Portal for clients, check your calendar visibility and app permission toggles.
Who this affects
HighLevel has not confirmed which plans or sub-account tiers have access to this update. Agencies using the Client Portal to deliver services to end clients need to review their portal settings. If you do not use the Client Portal or service booking features, you can ignore this.
What changed
- Clients can book, reschedule, and cancel service appointments directly within the Client Portal.
- Client contact information is automatically pre-filled during the booking flow.
- The interface supports booking single or multiple services depending on how you configure it.
- Standard meetings and service bookings now appear together under the Appointments section, split into Upcoming and Past tabs.
- HighLevel has not confirmed plan gating, limits, or whether this is fully rolled out to all users.
Where to find it
To control which service pages appear in the portal, go to Calendars → Services → Booking Pages and toggle the service booking pages on or off.
To manage overall access, navigate to Memberships → Client Portal → Settings → App Permissions and configure the Appointments app permission toggle.
How agencies will use this
An agency operator setting up a sub-account portal can navigate to Memberships → Client Portal → Settings → App Permissions to confirm the Appointments permission is enabled. Next, they open Calendars → Services → Booking Pages and toggle on the specific single or multiple service packages they want exposed to authenticated users. When clients log into the Client Portal, their profile information automatically fills the booking flow, letting them book sessions or reschedule from the Appointments tab without requesting support or leaving the portal environment.
Our take
This is a solid functional fix for portal management. Routing clients to external booking links when they were already logged into a portal was clunky. Bringing service calendars inside the portal makes self-service scheduling straightforward for portal users.
