Agent Studio Adds Folder Organization and Bulk Management
TL;DR
HighLevel now allows users to organize AI agents into folders and manage them in bulk inside Agent Studio.

TL;DR
HighLevel added folders, sorting, and bulk management tools to Agent Studio. You do not need to take immediate action unless your agent list is cluttered.
Who this affects
HighLevel has not confirmed which specific plans or account tiers receive this feature. Agency teams and operators managing multiple AI agents will find it relevant. If you only deploy one or two agents, you can safely ignore it.
What changed
Users can create folders to group and organize AI agents in Agent Studio.
Subfolders are not permitted within the folder setup.
Folder names and folder descriptions can be edited.
Sorting controls let users view items by agents first, folders first, alphabetical order (A–Z), last updated, or created date.
Bulk actions allow users to select multiple agents to move them into folders or delete them at once.
Workspace navigation now includes agent search and pagination controls.
HighLevel has not confirmed rollout status, plan limits, or plan gating details.
Where to find it
In your HighLevel account, navigate to AI Agents > Agent Studio. The folder creation options, bulk selection tools, sorting filters, search bar, and pagination controls live directly in this workspace.
How agencies will use this
An agency running numerous conversational agents can group them by function using dedicated folders. An operator selects several agents with the bulk selection tool, moves them into a single folder, and adds a description detailing what those agents handle. When returning to the workspace, the team can sort by folders first, filter alphabetically, or use the search bar and pagination controls to locate specific agents without scrolling through a flat list.
Our take
This is a standard, minor interface cleanup. It does not alter agent behavior, workflows, or conversational capabilities. It simply makes Agent Studio easier to navigate once your agency builds out a large roster of agents.
