Product-Level Conditional Logic Added to Forms and Surveys
TL;DR
HighLevel added product and variant-level conditional logic and visibility rules across its Forms and Surveys builders.

TL;DR
HighLevel now supports conditional logic rules based on specific products and variants in forms and surveys. You do not need to rebuild existing forms unless you need granular product visibility.
Who this affects
HighLevel has not confirmed specific plan gating or account tiers for this update. Anyone using the Sell Products element inside forms or surveys can potentially use these new rules. If you do not take payments or sell products through forms, you can ignore it.
What changed
HighLevel expanded conditional logic options within the Forms and Surveys builders:
- Users can now set IF conditions based on specific products across four conditional logic actions: Redirect URL, Display Custom Message, Disqualify Lead, and Show/Hide Fields.
- Users can dynamically show or hide individual products and specific product variants inside the Sell Products element using conditional logic.
- Existing support for showing or hiding the entire Sell Products element remains in place.
- Product-level conditional logic is enabled in both the old and new Forms & Surveys builders.
HighLevel has not confirmed rollout timelines, plan restrictions, or whether this replaces any existing legacy behavior beyond adding granular rules.
Where to find it
Open your sub-account and navigate to the Forms & Surveys builder. Open an existing form or create a new one, then open the Conditional Logic settings panel to configure logic rules on products, variants, or the Sell Products element.
How agencies will use this
An agency can now keep multi-tier offers inside a single form instead of maintaining separate forms for different packages.
Inside a sub-account, an operator can add the Sell Products element to a intake survey. Depending on answers given in earlier form fields, the form dynamically shows only the specific product variants that match the client's responses. If a respondent selects a specific product, the agency can set conditional logic to fire a Redirect URL to a designated scheduling calendar, display a custom confirmation message, or disqualify the lead immediately without needing complex external workarounds.
Our take
This is a standard, practical builder improvement.
Previously, you were limited to toggling the entire Sell Products element on or off. Being able to show or hide individual products and variants cleans up the checkout experience and reduces the need for duplicate forms inside your snapshots. It is a solid utility update, but it is not something that requires an emergency overhaul of your existing setups this week.
