Affiliate Manager Audit Logs Added to Sub-Accounts
TL;DR
Affiliate Manager actions are now tracked with before and after values in sub-account Audit Logs.

TL;DR
Affiliate Manager activity is now tracked with before and after values in sub-account Audit Logs. You do not need to take action unless you need to audit affiliate or campaign modifications.
Who this affects
HighLevel has not confirmed which specific plans or roles are affected. Anyone managing affiliate programs inside sub-accounts can reference these records. If you do not use the Affiliate Manager module, you can safely ignore this update.
What changed
Affiliate Manager tracking has been integrated directly into the sub-account logging system:
- Affiliate Manager was added as a module in sub-account Audit Logs.
- Audit Logs now tracks campaign creation, updates, deletion, cloning, and tier, product, and commission changes.
- Audit Logs now tracks affiliate creation, updates, deletion, campaign assignment changes, inactive status changes, and manual sales, leads, and coupons.
- Audit Logs now tracks customer manual commissions being added, deleted, disabled, or moved.
- Before and after values are recorded for each logged change.
- Filters were added for action type, affiliate, campaign, customer, and payout name or ID.
HighLevel has not confirmed limits, plan gating, rollout status, or whether this replaces or breaks existing tools.
Where to find it
Go to Settings > Audit Logs inside your sub-account. Filter the module by Affiliate Manager or apply filters by action type, affiliate, campaign, customer, or payout name or ID.
How agencies will use this
Agencies managing sub-account affiliate programs will use this to resolve tracking and payout discrepancies. For instance, if an affiliate questions why their commission rate dropped, an agency admin opens Settings > Audit Logs and filters by the specific campaign. The log shows whether a team member modified the commission tiers, along with the exact before and after values for that product. If someone manually deletes a customer commission or changes an affiliate inactive status, the agency can filter by customer or affiliate name to see exactly when the adjustment occurred and what values were changed.
Our take
This is a standard administrative update. It will not change how you acquire clients or run campaigns, but it closes an accountability gap. If multiple users have access to a sub-account, having before-and-after audit trails for commission rates, coupons, and manual sales is necessary for troubleshooting. If you do not run affiliate campaigns, move on.
