Post Live Meeting Recordings Directly to HighLevel Communities
TL;DR

TL;DR
Users can now publish live meeting recordings directly into HighLevel communities as posts. You only need to act if you host live meetings and distribute replays to community members.
Who this affects
HighLevel has not confirmed which specific subscription tiers or user roles are affected by this update.
Operators running free or paid communities who regularly share meeting replays will find this relevant. Agencies and sub-accounts that do not use HighLevel communities can ignore it.
What changed
HighLevel added direct community posting for live meeting replays:
- Users can publish live meeting recordings directly as posts inside HighLevel communities.
- Meeting replays can be cross-posted to multiple free or paid communities and channels simultaneously.
- Users can add post titles, descriptions, supporting file attachments, and event links to the recording post.
- Users can configure member comment permissions for the published recording post.
HighLevel has not confirmed rollout status, plan gating, usage limits, or whether this replaces or breaks existing features.
Where to find it
This feature is located inside the platform under Account Management > Meeting Recordings.
From that section, locate the recorded session to initiate the post to your communities.
How agencies will use this
An agency operator hosts a live group call with clients.
Once the call concludes, the operator navigates to Account Management > Meeting Recordings inside the sub-account.
Rather than downloading the video file to re-upload elsewhere, the operator publishes the recording straight to the agency's community channels.
During publishing, the operator adds a post title, a brief description, links the relevant event, and attaches supporting resource files.
If the recording serves multiple audiences, the operator cross-posts it to both a free onboarding community and a private paid client channel at the same time.
Finally, the operator toggles member comment permissions on the post depending on whether member discussion is needed.
Our take
HighLevel flags this update as major, though the company has not provided a specific reason for that classification.
For operators who host recurring live calls and host their communities on HighLevel, this cuts out a tedious download-and-reupload loop. Being able to blast a single recording to multiple channels with file attachments and comment controls in one pass is practical.
If you do not run communities inside HighLevel, this does not change your day-to-day operations. Check Account Management > Meeting Recordings to see if the feature is live in your account.
