Mobile Call Details Now Show Who Answered the Call
TL;DR
HighLevel mobile call details now display which team member answered an incoming call and the device used to take it.

TL;DR
HighLevel mobile apps now display who answered an incoming call and what device they used. Update your app to version 4.27.x or higher to see the attribution details.
Who this affects
HighLevel has not confirmed whether specific plan gating applies or which specific account tiers are affected.
Anyone managing sub-account communication through the HighLevel, LeadConnector, or White-Label mobile apps on iOS and Android can access the information once updated.
What changed
- Added an 'Answered By' section to mobile call details displaying the teammate name or phone number that answered the call.
- Added an answering device icon in mobile call details showing whether the call was taken on the web app, mobile app, phone number, or SIP.
- Enabled attribution across regular, IVR, and WhatsApp call types.
- Applied masking to phone numbers when a call is answered on a phone number.
- Released to iOS and Android versions 4.27.x+ for HighLevel, LeadConnector, and White-Label mobile apps.
HighLevel has not confirmed specific rollout phases or whether this replaces or breaks existing features.
Where to find it
Open the mobile app and navigate to Conversations > call message > Details.
The new 'Answered By' section and answering device icon appear within the call details screen.
How agencies will use this
Agency owners and sub-account managers tracking team response times on mobile can review inbound calls directly from Conversations.
When reviewing an incoming client call routed through an IVR or regular number, a manager opens the call message and taps Details. They can see whether an assigned teammate picked up the call or let it route elsewhere, as well as the device used, such as the web app, mobile app, SIP, or a masked forwarding phone number.
Our take
This is a minor update that closes a basic parity gap between the desktop platform and mobile apps.
It requires no setup or workflow changes. It simply gives mobile users visibility into who handled an inbound call without having to open the web app to check.
