Mobile Apps Now Show All Call Recordings and Transcripts
TL;DR
HighLevel mobile apps now display and play every call recording and transcript instead of only the first file.

TL;DR
HighLevel mobile apps now show and play every recording and transcript for calls with multiple audio files. Update your app to version 4.27.x or later to get access.
Who this affects
HighLevel has not confirmed specific user roles or account plan requirements. Anyone reviewing client calls through the mobile apps will see this update once running a supported version.
What changed
- The mobile app displays all recordings for a call instead of cutting off after the first one.
- Each recording plays separately and displays progress labels such as 1/2 and 2/2.
- Each individual recording displays its own transcript in Conversations when available on the backend.
- Supported on version 4.27.x+ across HighLevel, LeadConnector, and White-Label apps on both iOS and Android.
- HighLevel has not confirmed any plan gating, usage limits, or rollout schedules.
Where to find it
Open the mobile app and navigate to:
- Recents
- Contact Call Details
- Conversations
When a call has multiple recordings, the separate audio files and transcripts appear directly inside these views.
How agencies will use this
Agency teams that manage sales reps or client communication from their phones can now review complete call interactions remotely. When a contact record contains a multi-part call, an account user can open the contact inside Conversations or Contact Call Details and play file 1/2 followed by 2/2. Users can read the matching transcript for each part as long as the backend generated it, removing the need to log into the desktop web app just to hear the second half of a conversation.
Our take
This is a standard, minor fix that cleans up an annoying mobile blind spot. Missing the second leg of a call on mobile was an operational headache for teams checking quality on the road. It does not require changes to your sub-accounts or automation setups, but you should tell your team and white-label mobile app users to update to version 4.27.x or newer.
