HighLevel Mobile App Adds Live Call Quality Indicators and Ratings
TL;DR
HighLevel has updated its mobile call interface with real-time connection indicators, in-call troubleshooting details, and post-call quality ratings.

TL;DR
HighLevel mobile calls now show live connection strength, troubleshooting tips, and post-call quality prompts. You do not need to take any action.
Who this affects
HighLevel has not confirmed which plans or user roles receive this feature. It applies generally to users placing phone and WhatsApp calls through the HighLevel mobile app. Agencies whose teams and clients only handle calls via the desktop web application can ignore this update.
What changed
HighLevel updated the mobile call interface with real-time feedback and diagnostic tools:
- A four-bar connection indicator now sits on the mobile call screen, showing green, orange, or red depending on connection status.
- A dedicated Connection Quality details screen provides individual ratings for Network, Device, and Audio.
- Contextual connection tips and troubleshooting answers now display during active calls.
- A post-call star rating prompt now appears to capture feedback once a call wraps up.
- Reconnect tones have replaced the previous vibration and banner alerts during call dropouts on standard phone and WhatsApp calls.
HighLevel has not confirmed rollout status or any plan gating limits.
Where to find it
HighLevel has not published the exact settings location or mobile build version for this release. The indicators and tools live directly inside the active call interface and the completion screen of the HighLevel mobile application during standard phone and WhatsApp calls.
How agencies will use this
Consider an agency team member or sub-account client fielding inbound calls on their phone through the mobile app. When an active call becomes choppy, the agent glances at the call screen to check the four-bar connection indicator.
Instead of guessing whether the issue is client-side or cellular, the agent opens the Connection Quality details screen to see individual status ratings for Network, Device, and Audio. The screen surfaces contextual troubleshooting tips mid-call, helping them address hardware or connection issues immediately. If the call drops out on a cellular or WhatsApp line, the app plays a reconnect tone instead of vibrating or throwing banner alerts. Once the call finishes, the agent submits a star rating to log the call's performance.
Our take
This is a minor quality-of-life update. It does not alter your snapshots, pipelines, or automation workflows. It simply gives mobile app callers better visibility into audio and network problems as they happen.
