Ask AI Computer Launches on the HighLevel Mobile App
TL;DR
Users can now monitor, control, and approve Ask AI Computer desktop tasks directly from the HighLevel mobile app.

TL;DR
HighLevel added Ask AI Computer to its mobile app, letting you monitor live desktop sessions, handle approval prompts, and take manual control from your phone. You only need to act if you run AI browser tasks away from your desk.
Who this affects
HighLevel has not confirmed which plans or user roles have access to this feature. If you manage sub-accounts and use Ask AI Computer on desktop, check your mobile app to see if the interface is available.
What changed
HighLevel brought several desktop AI copilot controls to the mobile app:
- Ask AI Computer is now accessible within the mobile app through a row above the composer or via History.
- A live full-screen desktop stream displays browser status states, including working, idle, done, needs you, or in control.
- Users can take over the session with touch controls, including tap-to-click, two-finger drag scrolling, and phone keyboard entry.
- Approval prompts allow users to approve, deny, or choose "Allow for this chat" for 30 days per site.
- Secure Store management lets users add, edit, or delete saved credentials per sub-account directly on mobile.
- Settings → Computer use allows users to clear browsing data, configure saved-login rules, review allowed actions, inspect storage, and reset sub-account profiles.
- Generated files and outputs—such as spreadsheets, documents, and PDFs—sync directly within the mobile chat and Files sheet.
HighLevel has not confirmed specific plan limits, gating details, rollout status, or whether this replaces or breaks any existing features.
Where to find it
Inside the HighLevel mobile app, locate Ask AI Computer in the row directly above the composer or access previous sessions through History. Administrative controls live under Settings → Computer use, where you can clear browsing data, configure login rules, review allowed actions, inspect storage, and reset sub-account profiles.
How agencies will use this
An operator stepping away from their computer can check an active Ask AI task running inside a client sub-account from their phone. When the AI encounters an external portal, the operator gets an approval prompt and can select "Allow for this chat" for 30 days without returning to a desk. If the session flags a "needs you" status, the operator opens the full-screen stream, uses two-finger scrolling to navigate, taps into a field, and uses their mobile keyboard to input details. Once finished, generated deliverables like spreadsheets, documents, or PDFs sync straight into the mobile chat and the Files sheet for immediate access.
Our take
This is a major functional upgrade if your team already relies on Ask AI to automate browser tasks. Remote monitoring is pointless if you cannot unblock stalled sessions, so adding interactive touch takeovers, credential management, and approval prompts solves real operational friction. However, HighLevel has not confirmed rollout pacing or plan tier gating, so check your mobile app settings to see if your sub-account has access yet.
