TL;DR
Funnels can now include full e-commerce stores. This is a major update.
Who this affects
HighLevel has not confirmed who is affected.
What changed
- Funnels can now include a complete ecommerce store experience.
- Adding a store automatically creates 5 store steps: Product List, Product Details, Cart, Checkout, Thank You.
- Store elements such as Featured Product, Upsell, Collection List, Search Bar, and more can now be added to Funnel steps.
- Adding a Store element converts the Funnel into a Store-embedded Funnel.
- Converted Funnels now include a new Store Products tab on the Funnel step list page.
- The 5 store steps remain in a fixed internal order but can be moved together relative to other Funnel steps.
- Converted Funnels show a Store tag in Funnels and a Funnel store tag in Stores.
- Only one Store can be added per Funnel.
- Deleting any Store step removes all 5 Store steps and disables the Store for that Funnel.
- Cloning a Funnel also clones its Store setup and Store steps.
- HighLevel has not confirmed if this replaces or breaks existing features.
- HighLevel has not confirmed any limits or plan gating.
- HighLevel has not confirmed the rollout status.
Where to find it
Open a Funnel and add a Store from the Store section, or add a Store element directly to any Funnel step.
How agencies will use this
Agencies can now build and deploy full e-commerce solutions directly within client funnels. A client selling digital courses or physical products can have a dedicated product list, detailed product pages, a cart, and checkout all within a branded funnel flow, eliminating the need for separate store platforms for these simple cases.
Our take
This is a major update. Integrating e-commerce directly into funnels simplifies setups for agencies and their clients. This matters this week.
