What changed
General widgets on sub-account dashboards are now fully editable. Users can configure the data shown by each widget. Users can add permanent filters to widgets, which persist every time the dashboard is opened. Users can set custom date ranges for widgets. Performance can be compared across periods within widgets, showing current period vs. last year or last period directly on the widget face.
Users can rename, duplicate, and delete widgets. Themes can also be applied to widgets. A new Conditions tab allows for permanent filtering of general widgets. Widgets can be filtered by assigned user, tags, source, lead value, custom fields, and attribution.
A date range override allows locking a widget to a specific time period, independent of the main dashboard-level date filter. Both the date property and the date range are explicitly displayed on each widget face.

Where to find it
This feature can be found within the product by navigating to Dashboard -> Edit dashboard.
How agencies will use this
Agencies can use this to create highly specific and persistent data views for their clients. For example, an agency might build a dashboard for a client focused on paid ads. They could add a Total Leads widget, apply a permanent filter to show only leads where the 'Source' is 'Facebook Ads', and set a custom date range override to always display data for the 'Previous Month' regardless of the dashboard's overall date filter. They could then duplicate this widget, rename it Total Leads - Google Ads, and change the 'Source' filter accordingly. This provides clients with immediately relevant, segmented data without needing to re-apply filters or adjust date ranges each time they view the dashboard. The comparison mode could then show how Total Leads - Facebook Ads for the 'Previous Month' compares to the Month Prior or Last Year directly on the widget.
Our take
This is a major update. The ability to permanently filter and set specific date ranges on sub-account dashboard widgets provides significant flexibility. Agencies can now tailor dashboards more precisely to client needs, ensuring that specific data views are always visible without manual adjustments. This should reduce client questions about data relevancy and improve the perceived value of the dashboard reporting.
