TL;DR
HighLevel launched Social Intelligence in limited beta, adding competitor tracking, sentiment analysis, and topic alerts inside Social Planner.

TL;DR
HighLevel launched Social Intelligence in limited beta for selected users. You do not need to act unless your sub-account has beta access.
Who this affects
HighLevel has not confirmed which plan tiers or agency types will receive access long-term. The feature is currently available only to selected users participating in the limited beta. If your account is not included in the beta test, you can safely ignore this for now.

Where to find it
Log in to a sub-account and navigate to Marketing → Social Planner → Social Intelligence. If you previously used Social Listening, find it under the Trends tab within this new section.
How agencies will use this
An agency running social media strategy can open a client sub-account, navigate to Marketing → Social Planner → Social Intelligence, and set up brand monitoring against up to 3 primary competitors.
From there, the agency can use the Explore tool to analyze topic sentiment, engagement patterns, and mention volume using a 7, 15, or 30-day historical lookback. This data can inform upcoming content strategies using the built-in post suggestions and AI summary.
Finally, the agency can set up automated email alerts delivered daily or weekly to monitor spikes in mentions or drops in sentiment. This allows account managers to catch reputation issues or competitor movements without manually checking Social Planner every day.
Our take
This is a major expansion of HighLevel's native social toolset. Pulling sentiment analysis, competitor comparisons, and mention alerts into Social Planner reduces the need for external social listening software. However, with beta limits capped at 100 searches per location and broader availability unconfirmed, it remains a test feature until HighLevel shares final rollout and pricing details.
