Meta Pixel Tracking for Events Now Live
TL;DR
HighLevel Events now supports Meta Pixel tracking for RSVP and ticketed events, allowing detailed conversion measurement.

TL;DR
Meta Pixel tracking is now available for HighLevel Events. Organizers can map attendee actions to Meta events for RSVP and ticketed events. Agencies should review event setups for clients using Meta ads.
Who this affects
This update affects any HighLevel agency owner or SaaS entrepreneur who uses the Events feature within Go HighLevel. It is relevant for those running RSVP-based events or selling tickets directly through HighLevel. Users who rely on Meta advertising to drive traffic to their HighLevel events will find this directly applicable. HighLevel has not confirmed who is affected by this change beyond users of the Events feature.
What changed
Overview Events now integrates with Meta Pixel tracking. Organizers can directly add their Meta Pixel to an event within HighLevel. Key attendee actions can be mapped to specific Meta events. The system allows users to choose which Meta event fires for each supported step of the attendee journey. Tracking can be configured independently for each event setup.
For RSVP events, key conversion points that can be tracked include:
- Event page viewed
- RSVP started
- RSVP completed
For ticketed events, the complete ticket purchase funnel can be tracked:
- Event page viewed
- Checkout started
- Ticket selection completed
- Registration form submitted
- Payment details submitted
- Ticket order completed
Completed ticket orders are tracked even for $0 orders. For completed ticket orders, additional commerce context can be sent to Meta, such as order value, currency, ticket quantities, and ticket identifiers. Session-based deduplication has been implemented to prevent the same attendee action from being reported multiple times to Meta. HighLevel has not confirmed any replacements or broken functionalities due to this update. Limits or plan gating information for this feature is unknown. The rollout status of this feature is unknown.
Where to find it
The Meta Pixel ID can be added and configured within the Events feature. The specific navigation path is: Events → Settings → Link & tracking → Meta Pixel.
How agencies will use this
An agency running an online summit for a client can now directly track attendee engagement using Meta Pixel within HighLevel. The agency would navigate to their client's sub-account, go to the 'Events' section, select the specific summit event, and then click into 'Settings'. Under 'Link & tracking', they can input the client's Meta Pixel ID. For the summit's registration page, they would map 'Event page viewed' to a 'PageView' Meta event. When an attendee starts filling out the registration form, the agency can map 'RSVP started' to 'InitiateCheckout'. Upon successful registration, 'RSVP completed' would be mapped to a 'Lead' or 'CompleteRegistration' Meta event. If the summit has paid tickets, the agency would track the full funnel, mapping 'Ticket selection completed' to 'AddToCart' and 'Ticket order completed' to 'Purchase', passing the order value and ticket quantity to Meta. This provides granular data to optimize Meta ad campaigns for the summit.
Our take
This is a significant update for agencies using HighLevel Events. It directly addresses a core need for performance marketing and conversion optimization for events. The ability to track specific funnel steps and pass commerce data to Meta means better ad targeting and measurement. While Meta Pixel setup is standard for websites, its native integration within HighLevel Events reduces complexity and potential tracking errors. This feature is a major improvement for any agency running events or selling tickets via HighLevel and relying on Meta advertising.
