E-commerce Stores Now Integrate Directly into Funnels

TL;DR

E-commerce stores can now be added directly to funnels. Users need to understand how to add and configure these new funnel steps.

Who this affects

HighLevel has not confirmed who this affects. It is unknown if this feature is plan-gated or limited to specific user types.

What changed

E-commerce stores can now be added directly to funnels. Users can add an e-commerce store to a funnel by hitting 'add to funnel'. Themes are included when adding an e-commerce store to a funnel. E-commerce components such as store chesters, featured product, upsell, collection list, and search bar can be added as funnel steps. Converted funnels have a new 'store products' tab on the funnel step list page. Products can be excluded or their priority changed within the 'store products' tab. HighLevel has not confirmed any limits or plan gating for this feature. HighLevel has not confirmed the rollout status for this feature.

Where to find it

Inside any funnel, look for the 'add to funnel' option. After adding the store, you will find a new 'store products' tab on the funnel step list page. HighLevel has not published a more specific navigation path yet.

How agencies will use this

An agency client running a local business, like a boutique store or a specialized service, previously relied on external e-commerce solutions or simpler product pages. Now, an agency can build a full sales funnel for this client entirely within HighLevel. They can create a landing page (funnel step 1), guide the prospect to an e-commerce store (funnel step 2) that sells digital products or physical goods, then present an upsell component (funnel step 3) right before checkout, all within the same funnel flow. The agency can then manage which products appear in the funnel and their display priority directly from the new 'store products' tab, streamlining the client's sales process and reducing the need for multiple platforms.

Our take

This is a major update. Integrating e-commerce stores directly into funnels simplifies the sales process for agencies and their clients. The ability to add specific e-commerce components as funnel steps and manage product visibility from within the funnel itself is a significant workflow improvement. While HighLevel has not confirmed who this affects or its rollout status, this feature should be on your radar.
