Inventory-Based Automations Just Got Smarter!
TL;DR
HighLevel has introduced 'Available Quantity' as a custom value and workflow filter for Abandoned Cart and Order Fulfilled triggers, enabling more dynamic inventory management automations.
What changed
HighLevel has updated its Abandoned Cart and Order Fulfilled workflow triggers.
You can now use 'Available Quantity' as both a filter and a custom value within these specific workflows. This means your automations can react directly to current product stock levels.
Why it matters
This enhancement allows for more sophisticated inventory-driven automations.
Agencies can now build workflows that automatically engage customers based on product availability, reducing manual oversight and improving customer experience. Think about sending a 'low stock' alert or a 'back in stock' notification.
How to use it
When setting up an Abandoned Cart or Order Fulfilled trigger, add 'Global Products' to your workflow filters.
From there, select a single 'Price' and configure the 'Available Quantity' with your desired condition and numeric value.
You can then leverage 'Available Quantity' or 'Price' as custom values in supported workflow actions, like sending an email or SMS.
Keep in mind that filters are nested as Global Products > Price > Available Quantity, and for now, it supports only a single Price and numeric quantity value.
