Reschedule links can be generated from any appointment record. The generated link is viewable instantly. The link can be copied to the clipboard with one click. Customers can use this shared link to reschedule their appointment. This feature is available across Meetings and Services. Existing appointment permissions still apply. HighLevel has not confirmed any limits or plan gating. HighLevel has not confirmed the rollout status.

Where to find it

Open an appointment from Contacts, Conversations, Appointments, or Opportunities. Click the Appointment Actions icon. Select Generate Reschedule Link. Click Copy Link once generated.

How agencies will use this

An agency team member can quickly pull a reschedule link from an appointment. They can then send this link via SMS or email to a client. This simplifies the process for clients needing to change their booking time.
