HubSpot Migration Just Got Seamless: Directly Import CRM Data!

What changed

HighLevel has rolled out a new direct HubSpot Importer, simplifying the migration process from HubSpot CRM. You can now connect your HubSpot account and import a wide range of data, including contacts, deals (as opportunities), companies, custom properties (for contacts, companies, and deals), pipelines, stages, notes, emails, tasks, and supported associations.

This update significantly reduces the manual effort and potential for errors when moving CRM data from HubSpot to HighLevel. It ensures faster data migration, preserves critical pipeline structures and stages, brings over important custom fields and activity, and allows you to choose precisely what data to import. The ability to review import results and address errors quickly streamlines the transition for agencies and their clients.

How to use it

To use the importer, navigate to Contacts, Companies, or Opportunities within HighLevel and click on 'Import'. Select 'Connect HubSpot', sign in to your HubSpot account, and then choose the specific objects and data you wish to import. You can review record counts and select specific properties before confirming the import. The process runs in the background, and you can monitor its progress and review results, including successes, skips, and failures, from the Import History table.
