This overlay also respects any customizations you've made to your contact details page, ensuring a consistent experience.

How to use it
Simply click on a contact's name (or the conversation icon) within your Opportunities or Appointments pages. The overlay will appear, giving you instant access to their details and conversations. An additional icon is available if you prefer to directly open the full contact details page.
