HighLevel Adds Six New Filters to Conversations Inbox
TL;DR
HighLevel has added six new filtering options to the Conversations inbox, covering opportunities, channel accounts, call outcomes, and contact types.

TL;DR
HighLevel added six new filters with AND/OR logic to the Conversations inbox, covering opportunities, channels, call outcomes, and contact types.
No migration is required, but teams handling active inboxes can start using them immediately to sort messages.
Who this affects
HighLevel has not confirmed specific user roles or plan tiers affected by this update.
Teams and agency staff working directly in the sub-account Conversations inbox will see the change. Agencies that do not use HighLevel for conversation management or client communications can ignore it.
What changed
HighLevel expanded the Conversations filter panel with the following additions:
- Added six new filters: Opportunity Pipeline, Opportunity Stage, Opportunity Status, Channel Account, Last Call Status, and Contact Type.
- Added the ability to combine these new filters with existing filters using AND/OR conditions.
- Opportunity Pipeline: filters conversations where at least one opportunity matches the selected pipeline.
- Opportunity Stage: dynamically updates and displays stages based on the selected pipeline.
- Opportunity Status: filters records by open, won, lost, and abandoned statuses.
- Channel Account: filters based on the specific phone number, Facebook page, or Instagram account tied to the most recent message.
- Last Call Status: filters conversations by recent call outcomes, including completed, no answer, and voicemail.
- Contact Type: filters contacts by Leads, Customers, and any custom contact types configured in the sub-account.
Plan gating, usage limits, rollout schedules, and whether this replaces or breaks prior saved views have not been confirmed by HighLevel.
Where to find it
Inside any sub-account, navigate to Conversations. Open the filter panel in the inbox view to access the new filter criteria.
How agencies will use this
Agency teams managing inbound lead triage in a sub-account can now isolate contacts requiring follow-up without opening individual records. For instance, an operator can build an inbox view using an AND condition that pairs an Opportunity Status of "open" with a Last Call Status of "no answer" or "voicemail." This immediately surfaces active pipeline deals where the last outbound dial failed.
Teams managing multiple brands or locations under a single sub-account can also use the Channel Account filter to separate incoming threads by specific phone number, Facebook page, or Instagram account, ensuring responses are handled by the assigned channel rep.
Our take
This is a standard interface update rather than a major system overhaul. It does not change your automations or client deliverables, but it addresses a long-standing friction point for teams trying to manage high-volume inboxes directly inside HighLevel.
