HighLevel Adds QR Codes for Calendars, Services, and Rentals
TL;DR
HighLevel has introduced native and prebuilt QR codes for Calendars, Services, and Rentals with scan tracking and customization.

TL;DR
HighLevel added native, trackable QR codes for booking calendars, services, and rentals directly inside sub-accounts.
You only need to act if your clients use physical collateral or offline touchpoints to drive bookings.
Who this affects
HighLevel has not confirmed specific plan gating or which account tiers have access to this feature.
Agencies running sub-accounts for clients with in-person or physical marketing assets—such as front desks, flyers, or physical equipment—should pay attention. If your clients operate purely digital funnels without physical touchpoints, you can safely ignore it.
What changed
- Added Calendars, Services, and Rentals as destination types inside the QR Code Builder.
- Supported destinations now include Calendars, Calendar Groups, Services, Service Groups, Staff, Landing Pages, Rentals, Rental Categories, and Booking Pages.
- Added prebuilt, automatically mapped QR code touchpoints directly inside the Calendars, Services, and Rentals sections.
- Integrated scan tracking metrics showing Total Scans and Last Scanned Date within each QR code touchpoint.
- Enabled direct QR code design customization and image downloading from the touchpoints inside Calendars, Services, and Rentals.
- Prebuilt QR codes are now listed alongside manually generated codes on the central QR Codes List page.
- HighLevel has not confirmed any limits, plan restrictions, rollout schedules, or whether this replaces any existing tools.
Where to find it
HighLevel has not published the exact click-by-click navigation path, but the tools are located across QR Codes, Calendars, Services, and Rentals.
Prebuilt codes can be accessed directly inside the Calendars, Services, and Rentals sections. The central QR Codes List page displays both prebuilt and manually created codes.
How agencies will use this
An agency setting up an appointment-based or rental business can navigate into a client sub-account and open the Calendars, Services, or Rentals section.
Instead of building a manual link and using an external generator, the operator opens the prebuilt touchpoint mapped to a Calendar, Service Group, or Rental Category. The agency customizes the design of the QR code right inside the touchpoint, downloads the file, and hands it off for print on counter cards or flyers.
Once the assets are in circulation, the agency monitors performance by checking Total Scans and the Last Scanned Date directly within the touchpoint or on the central QR Codes List page.
Our take
HighLevel classified this update as major, though they have not confirmed the official reason for that designation.
It is a practical operational upgrade if you manage clients with physical footprints. It eliminates third-party QR code generators and keeps scan metrics inside the platform alongside the Calendars, Services, and Rentals themselves. If you do not deal with physical collateral, it will not change your day-to-day workflow.
