Events Beta Now in Labs for All Agencies

Who this affects

All HighLevel agency owners are affected. Agencies that want to offer the Events feature to their sub-accounts will use this update. Agencies not interested in the Events feature can ignore this update.

What changed

• The Events Beta is now discoverable and activatable directly within Labs for all agencies.
• Agencies no longer need to contact a team or provide a Location ID to enable the Events Beta.
• Agency admins can now enable Events for all sub-accounts or selected sub-accounts.
• Agency admins can control whether Events is visible inside Labs of individual sub-accounts.
• Access to Events can be enabled or disabled by agency admins without contacting the HighLevel team.

Where to find it

Access this feature through Agency Settings → Labs → Sub-Account → Events.

How agencies will use this

An agency owner can now go into their Agency Settings, navigate to Labs, and enable the Events Beta for any or all of their client sub-accounts. This allows clients to test the Events feature without the agency needing to contact HighLevel support. The agency can also disable access if needed.

Our take

This is a major update. It streamlines access to the Events Beta for agencies, removing a significant hurdle for activation and testing. While it is a beta, the simplified rollout means more agencies can experiment with it for their clients.
