TL;DR
Agencies can now bulk configure Reviews AI response modes across multiple sub-accounts from the Agency view.
No immediate action is required unless you want to update response modes or shut off access across your client accounts.
Who this affects
HighLevel has not confirmed which specific plan tiers or account types receive this update.
Agencies managing sub-accounts that use Reviews AI will see the change in their agency dashboard.
What changed
- Added the ability to manage Reviews AI settings directly from Agency → AI Suite → AI Setup.
- Enabled setting Reviews AI response modes to Off, Suggestive, or Auto responses for one or multiple sub-accounts at the same time.
- Synchronized response mode updates automatically between the Agency AI Setup view and individual sub-account Settings → Reviews AI.
- Allowed disabling Reviews AI entirely via Agency → Sub-Accounts → Features & Limits → Reviews AI.
- Disabling the feature hides sub-account settings, AI Reply, and Regenerate options, while blocking all manual, auto, and Drip Campaign AI review replies.
- Limits, plan gating, and rollout status have not been confirmed by HighLevel.
- Whether this replaces or breaks existing setups is unknown.
Where to find it
Navigate to Agency view, open AI Suite, and select AI Setup.
To lock down or remove the feature for a client, navigate to Agency → Sub-Accounts → Features & Limits → Reviews AI. Individual sub-accounts reflect these choices under Settings → Reviews AI.
How agencies will use this
An agency operator onboarding a cohort of new sub-accounts can manage review settings without logging into each client dashboard individually.
The operator opens Agency → AI Suite → AI Setup, selects the target sub-accounts, and sets their Reviews AI mode to Suggestive so local teams can review generated responses before publishing.
If a client cancels review services, the operator goes to Agency → Sub-Accounts → Features & Limits → Reviews AI and shuts the feature off. That immediately strips the AI Reply and Regenerate buttons from the sub-account and prevents any active Drip Campaign AI review replies from sending.
Our take
This is a standard quality-of-life update for multi-location operators and SaaS agencies.
It removes administrative friction by cutting down repetitive clicks across individual sub-account settings menus.
It is a minor administrative enhancement, so there is no need to disrupt your day unless you are actively auditing client AI settings.
