TL;DR
HighLevel has added real-time collaboration, live co-working, comments, and project review requests to Ask AI Spaces in sub-accounts.

TL;DR
HighLevel added real-time co-working, live collaborator viewing, automated AI edits via comments, and review approvals to Ask AI Spaces in sub-accounts.
No operational changes are required today unless your team actively uses Ask AI Spaces for content and funnel drafting.
Who this affects
HighLevel has not confirmed which specific plan tiers or user roles have access to this update.
Teams that manage content, funnels, or client projects collaboratively within sub-accounts are the primary target. Solo operators working alone can safely ignore the collaboration aspects of this release.
What changed
HighLevel introduced several collaboration and content creation features to Ask AI Spaces:
- Users can collaborate in real time with teammates inside Ask AI Spaces in sub-accounts.
- Users can view collaborators working live on a project.
- Users can leave comments and send them directly to Ask AI to execute automatic changes.
- Users can request project reviews from teammates for sign-off and approval.
- Users can generate assets using AI combined with brand kits and attached files.
- Users can select pre-built templates, including funnels and blogs.
- Users can manually edit elements directly within a project.
HighLevel has not confirmed any limits, plan gating, or rollout status for this release.
Where to find it
HighLevel has not published the exact navigation path inside the platform yet.
The feature is confirmed to live inside Ask AI Spaces at the sub-account level.
How agencies will use this
Two team members log into a client sub-account and open a project inside Ask AI Spaces. They start by pulling in a pre-built funnel template, attaching client reference documents, and referencing the saved brand kit to have AI generate the initial page copy and structure.
As both teammates view each other working live on the canvas, one manually adjusts button placements while the other leaves inline comments on the drafted copy. Instead of rewriting paragraphs by hand, the user sends those comments to Ask AI to automatically adjust the tone and structure across the project.
Once the page layout is finalized, the team triggers a project review request directly within Ask AI Spaces to notify their account manager to review and approve the draft before publishing.
Our take
This is marked as a major feature update. Moving Ask AI Spaces from an isolated, single-user interface into a live collaborative workspace is a practical step for agencies running production teams.
The ability to tag AI in comments to execute automated edits will likely save time compared to copying prompts back and forth into a standalone chat window. Real-time co-editing and review requests also bring HighLevel closer to dedicated design and copy drafting tools.
However, HighLevel has not confirmed critical operational details. We do not know if this is gated to specific pricing tiers, how AI credit consumption applies across multiple simultaneous collaborators, or whether this is fully rolled out to all sub-accounts. Until HighLevel clarifies plan limits and billing impacts, test it with an internal sub-account before rebuilding your team's standard operating procedures around it.
