Ask AI Mobile Home Screen Widget Added for iOS and Android
TL;DR
HighLevel released an opt-in Ask AI mobile home screen widget for iOS and Android with chat, voice, and photo shortcuts.

TL;DR
HighLevel added an Ask AI home screen widget for iOS and Android mobile apps featuring text, voice, and camera shortcuts.
The feature is turned off by default and must be enabled per company in the service dashboard.
Who this affects
HighLevel has not confirmed which specific plan tiers or user roles are affected, or whether plan gating applies.
Agencies and sub-accounts using the HighLevel, LeadConnector, or White Label mobile apps on supported operating systems can use the widget once it is enabled. Teams that do not use the mobile apps or Ask AI can safely ignore this update.
What changed
- Added an Ask AI home screen widget for iOS (version 16.6+) and Android mobile devices running app version v4.27.0 and later.
- Added a chat bar shortcut that opens a new chat with the keyboard ready.
- Added a Voice button shortcut that opens a new chat in hands-free voice mode.
- Added a Camera button shortcut that opens the camera and attaches the captured photo directly to a new chat.
- Added support for app language and brand colors across light and dark modes, including for White Label apps.
- Enabled widget availability across HighLevel, LeadConnector, and White Label mobile applications.
- Set the feature to opt-in and off by default, controlled per company via the "Ask AI Home Widget" switch in the service dashboard.
- Rollout status, specific plan gating, and replacement impacts have not been confirmed by HighLevel.
Where to find it
Administrators manage the toggle inside the service dashboard via the "Ask AI Home Widget" switch.
End users add the widget through their mobile device's standard home screen widget selector on iOS (16.6+) or Android, provided their app is updated to version v4.27.0 or higher. HighLevel has not confirmed additional navigation paths within individual sub-accounts.
How agencies will use this
An agency owner or sub-account user can launch Ask AI directly from their phone screen without opening the app and tapping through menus first.
A team member working in the field can tap the Camera shortcut on their home screen, capture an image, and immediately send that photo into a new Ask AI prompt.
For hands-free work, users tap the Voice button to start an instant voice session, while White Label agency partners can offer these mobile shortcuts styled in their own custom brand colors and app language.
Our take
This is a solid mobile convenience update, but it does not change core desktop operations or agency automations.
Because the widget is turned off by default, nothing will break or change for clients unless you explicitly switch it on in the service dashboard.
If your sub-accounts actively use Ask AI inside your White Label or LeadConnector mobile apps, turning it on offers faster access, but there is no urgent operational need to activate it this week.
