Turn Meeting Recordings into Community Posts
TL;DR
HighLevel now supports converting meeting recordings into community posts, allowing live streams to become posts and reusing past recordings.

TL;DR
HighLevel now allows turning meeting recordings into community posts. No immediate action is required unless you use the Communities feature.
Who this affects
HighLevel has not confirmed who is affected. This likely impacts users leveraging the Communities and Groups feature within HighLevel. Agencies or SaaS businesses with active community engagement might find this relevant. Others can safely ignore this update for now.
What changed
HighLevel now provides functionality to transform meeting recordings into community posts. Specifically:
- Users can share recordings by going live within a community and retaining the stream as a post afterward.
- Users can access previously recorded meetings to share them across multiple community groups.
HighLevel has not confirmed any limits or plan gating for this feature. HighLevel has not confirmed the rollout status.
Where to find it
This new capability is located within the Communities and Groups section of HighLevel. HighLevel has not published the exact navigation path yet, but look for options related to sharing or posting within your community group settings.
How agencies will use this
An agency running a coaching program for its clients might host weekly live Q&A sessions using HighLevel's meeting tools. Previously, sharing these recordings required manual downloads and uploads or external links. With this update, the agency can conduct a live Q&A session directly within their 'Premium Client Community' group. During the session, they choose the option to keep the stream as a post. This immediately archives the full recording as a readily accessible post for all community members who missed the live event or wish to rewatch it. Later, if a similar question arises in a 'New Client Onboarding' community, the agency can access that same past recording and share it directly into the new group without re-uploading, saving time and ensuring consistent information delivery.
Our take
This is a standard feature enhancement. It's a quality-of-life improvement for agencies heavily utilizing HighLevel's native Communities and Groups. For those not using the community features, this update is minor and can be disregarded for the time being. It streamlines content sharing within HighLevel, but it does not represent a fundamental shift in platform capabilities.
