Where to find it

How agencies will use this
An agency can now automate responses to video testimonials. For example, once a video testimonial is received, a 'Video Testimonial Received' workflow trigger can fire. The workflow can check if 'Marketing Consent' was given. If consent is positive, the system can automatically send an email to the reviewer thanking them and asking them to share their testimonial on social media, using the 'Video Link' custom value. If manual approval is required, an internal notification can be sent to the agency owner or client, prompting them to review the testimonial on the 'Video Testimonials → Responses' page before publishing it to the widget. This ensures only approved content goes live, and follow-up communication is consistent.
Our take
This is a standard update that brings useful enhancements to the video testimonial feature. While not a groundbreaking change, the new workflow trigger and publishing controls provide more automation and oversight for agencies using or planning to use video testimonials. It's a quality-of-life improvement for reputation management within HighLevel.
