Reload Failed Sub-Account Snapshots

TL;DR

Users can now retry failed sub-account snapshot loads from the agency history log. Retries must occur within 48 hours.

Who this affects

HighLevel has not confirmed who this affects. It is relevant to agency owners who deploy sub-account snapshots.

What changed

This update provides several enhancements for managing sub-account snapshot deployments.

  • Users can retry failed sub-account snapshot loads from the agency history log.
  • Users can view snapshot load histories.
  • Users can select specific failed sub-accounts for retry without re-pushing to accounts that succeeded previously.
  • Users can monitor real-time loading progress.
  • Retries must occur within 48 hours of the initial failure.

HighLevel has not confirmed any limits, plan gating, or rollout status for this feature.

Where to find it

This functionality is located within the Agency history log. HighLevel has not published a more specific navigation path for this feature.

How agencies will use this

Previously, if an agency pushed a new snapshot to multiple sub-accounts and some failed, the entire snapshot would often need to be re-pushed, affecting even the accounts that received it successfully. With this change, an agency owner can navigate to the agency history log after a snapshot push. If they see several sub-accounts failed to load the snapshot, they can now select only those specific failed sub-accounts from the history log. The system will then attempt to reload the snapshot to just those selected sub-accounts. The agency owner can then monitor the real-time progress of these targeted retries, ensuring the snapshot fully propagates across their client base without redundant pushes.

Our take

This is a standard update. It addresses a specific point of friction for agencies managing snapshot deployments to multiple sub-accounts. It provides better control and efficiency for error recovery in a common agency operation. This is a minor quality-of-life improvement rather than a significant new capability.
