HighLevel Adds Field Services Module in Private Beta
TL;DR
HighLevel has launched a dedicated Field Services module in private beta covering requests, scheduling, dispatching, jobs, and invoicing.

TL;DR
HighLevel has introduced a native Field Services module in private beta to manage field operations, scheduling, and billing. No immediate action is required unless you operate in home services and have been granted beta access.
Who this affects
HighLevel has not confirmed which specific plans or account tiers have access to this private beta. Agencies managing sub-accounts for trade contractors, mobile technicians, and home service providers should pay close attention. Agencies outside the field services vertical can disregard this update.
What changed
The update introduces an end-to-end management suite for mobile service businesses:
- Released a dedicated Field Services module in private beta covering customer requests, estimates, jobs, visits, scheduling, dispatching, and invoicing.
- Added a home overview dashboard showing revenue metrics, dispatching status, unassigned visits, and tasks requiring attention.
- Added customer request intake through manual entry or booking pages, with one-click conversion to estimates or jobs.
- Added job management connecting a customer and address across multiple visits with notes, billing, reusable checklists, and automated status updates.
- Added smart scheduling suggestions based on working hours, service types, service areas, current bookings, and drive time.
- Added list, calendar (Day, Timeline, Week, Month), and map views for visits, with CSV and PDF export options.
- Added route optimization to reorder visits, show drive time saved, and lock designated visit times.
- Added service area configuration by radius or ZIP/postal code, including travel fee settings and rules to review or block out-of-area bookings.
- Added a service catalog with variants, add-ons, pricing, tax, CSV bulk import, and direct import from existing Calendars Services.
- Enabled direct invoicing and online payment collection from jobs.
- Added reusable checklists, job and visit notes, customizable visit status labels, and timesheets with visit timers.
- Added automated notifications across Email, SMS, and WhatsApp for customers, dispatchers, and staff.
- Added a branded online booking page editor, an AI chat receptionist for service inquiries, and Google Organic Booking integration.
- Added mobile app support for field technicians to view checklists, track time, update statuses, and manage jobs on site.
HighLevel has not confirmed plan gating, user limits, or the public rollout timeline.
Where to find it
In the sub-account view, go to Left navigation > Field Services.
How agencies will use this
An agency setting up a sub-account for a contractor can now build out the entire operations stack inside HighLevel. The agency creates the service catalog, importing existing services from Calendars Services and configuring travel fees by ZIP code. Inbound leads from the AI chat receptionist or booking page populate directly as customer requests.
A dispatcher converts the request into a job, uses smart scheduling and route optimization to slot the visit, and assigns it to a technician. On site, the technician opens the mobile app, starts the visit timer, runs through the required checklist, and marks the visit complete. That status update triggers automated SMS notifications to the customer and allows the office to issue an invoice and collect payment immediately from the job record.
Our take
This is a major addition to the platform. By introducing dispatching, route optimization, timesheets, and field technician mobile workflows, HighLevel is directly targeting functionality previously requiring third-party software like Jobber or Housecall Pro.
Because this is strictly a private beta and HighLevel has not confirmed pricing or final gating, do not migrate client operations yet. However, agencies running sub-accounts for trade and field businesses should test the workflow as soon as access is granted.
