Forms via WhatsApp Flows Now Available in HighLevel
TL;DR
HighLevel forms can now be opened and submitted directly inside WhatsApp chats using WhatsApp Flows.

TL;DR
HighLevel forms can now be submitted natively inside WhatsApp chats without sending users to a web browser.
If your agency uses WhatsApp to communicate with leads or clients, set up a template to start using it.
Who this affects
HighLevel has not confirmed whether this feature is gated by specific plans or sub-account types.
Agencies and sub-accounts using WhatsApp messaging will care about this immediately. If you do not use WhatsApp in your sub-accounts, you can ignore this update.
What changed
- Users can now send forms directly inside WhatsApp conversations as a WhatsApp Flow, removing the browser redirect entirely.
- You can choose existing HighLevel forms or build new forms directly from the Flows configuration screen.
- A live preview interface renders supported fields as a WhatsApp Flow during setup, filtering out unsupported field types before publishing.
- Submissions made through WhatsApp Flows automatically record under Forms > Submissions and map directly to the contact record.
- Once published, a WhatsApp Flow remains stable even if subsequent edits are made to the original underlying form.
- WhatsApp Flows forms can be distributed through Conversations, automated workflows, or bulk actions once configured with a WhatsApp template.
- HighLevel has not confirmed rollout status, replacement behavior, or specific plan gating.
Where to find it
Navigate to Settings → WhatsApp → Flows.
From this screen, you can select an existing form or create a new one, preview the flow, and link it to a WhatsApp template for messaging.
How agencies will use this
Agencies managing lead intake through WhatsApp can now keep prospects entirely within the chat app.
When a prospect triggers an automated workflow, the workflow sends a configured WhatsApp template containing the WhatsApp Flow. The contact opens and completes the form fields directly inside the WhatsApp interface. Once submitted, the entry logs under Forms > Submissions and updates the contact record fields without human intervention.
Account managers can also manually send these WhatsApp Flow templates inside Conversations or distribute them to segmented contact lists using bulk actions.
Our take
This is a major update for international agencies and teams operating heavily on WhatsApp.
Forcing contacts to tap a link, open an external browser, and wait for a form to load kills conversion rates. Native flows solve that specific problem.
The separation between the published flow and subsequent form edits is also a smart design choice that prevents broken live automations.
HighLevel has not confirmed specific plan gating or usage limits yet. Run a test flow in one sub-account to confirm field compatibility before building this into client-facing snapshots.
