Custom Pricing for GoHighLevel Service Appointments
TL;DR
HighLevel now allows editing a service's price directly from the Services appointment modal when creating, editing, or duplicating an appointment.

TL;DR
HighLevel released custom pricing for service appointments. Users can now edit a service price on a specific appointment. No action is required from users unless they want to utilize this feature.
Who this affects
HighLevel has not confirmed who this affects. Users who book service appointments may find this useful. Users not using the service appointment booking features can safely ignore this update.
What changed
A service's price can now be edited on the appointment itself. These price edits apply only to the specific appointment, not the global service pricing. Zero is a valid price for an appointment, but negative values are blocked. When a price is edited, it will display a 'Custom' tag next to the amount. Entering a price on the appointment overrides any staff-specific pricing that might be configured. Price editing for appointments is also available on the mobile app.
HighLevel has not confirmed any limits or plan gating for this feature. HighLevel has not confirmed the rollout status for this feature.
Where to find it
This feature is found in the Service appointment modal. Specifically, it's accessible when creating, editing, or duplicating an appointment. HighLevel has not published a specific navigation path, but it will be located within the interface where service appointments are managed.
How agencies will use this
Agencies can use this for more flexible service offerings. For example, an agency managing clients that offer consulting calls might typically charge $100 for a 30-minute consultation. However, a special promotional event or a client referral might warrant a reduced price, such as $75 or even $0 for a complimentary session. Instead of creating a separate service or manually adjusting invoices later, a team member scheduling the appointment can now directly set the price to $75 or $0 within the appointment booking modal. This ensures the correct price is applied at the time of booking for that specific instance, without affecting the default $100 global service price or requiring complex workarounds. This also applies if a client needs to be charged a premium for an urgent or after-hours booking.
Our take
This is a major quality-of-life improvement for agencies that book service appointments. It offers more flexibility in pricing on a case-by-case basis. Agencies no longer need to create duplicate services for different price points or manually adjust invoices after booking. While HighLevel has not confirmed its rollout status, this feature addresses a common need for dynamic pricing in service-based businesses.
