What changed
HighLevel has updated its calendar system to ensure your preferred 'Week Starts On' day (Saturday, Sunday, or Monday) is consistently applied across all in-app scheduling features. This includes calendar views, appointment creation, availability settings, and staff availability displays.
Why it matters
This update significantly improves the user experience by eliminating inconsistencies in how weeks are displayed and scheduled within the platform. It streamlines internal operations, making it easier for agency owners and their teams to manage appointments and resources without confusion.
How to use it
You can configure your preferred week start day independently for Meetings, Services, and Rentals within their respective settings:
- Meetings: Navigate to Meetings > Preferences.
- Services: Go to Services > Global Settings > In-App Settings.
- Rentals: Access Rentals > Global Settings > In-App Settings.
Note that week start settings configured specifically for booking widgets remain independent and will not be overridden by these in-app preferences.
