Company & Custom Object Smart Lists in Snapshots
TL;DR
GoHighLevel now supports including Company and Custom Object Smart Lists in Account Snapshots for reuse across sub-accounts.

TL;DR
Agencies can now include Company and Custom Object Smart Lists in Account Snapshots. Existing Snapshots can be refreshed to incorporate new Smart Lists.
Who this affects
This affects GoHighLevel agencies managing multiple sub-accounts. Specifically, agencies that need to deploy standardized Smart List configurations for companies or custom objects across their client base should pay attention. Agencies that do not use Company or Custom Object Smart Lists, or do not use Snapshots, can safely ignore this update.

HighLevel has not confirmed who is affected by this or if it replaces or breaks existing functionality. HighLevel has also not confirmed any limits, plan gating, or rollout status.
Where to find it
This functionality is located in Agency View → Account Snapshots. It is accessed when creating or updating a Snapshot.
How agencies will use this
An agency frequently onboarding new real estate clients might use this. Previously, if they had a specific Smart List for 'High-Value Property Owners' (a Custom Object), they would have to recreate or manually configure this Smart List in each new sub-account. Now, they can build this 'High-Value Property Owners' Smart List once in their master template sub-account. They then save this configuration into an Account Snapshot. When provisioning a new client's sub-account, they can apply this Snapshot, ensuring the Custom Object Smart List for high-value properties is automatically available and pre-configured for the new client, streamlining their setup process.
Our take
This is a major update for agencies that leverage Smart Lists extensively, especially with Custom Objects or Company records. It addresses a specific pain point for those deploying standardized configurations across multiple sub-accounts. This update saves significant setup time for new sub-accounts and helps ensure consistency in data segmentation. It matters this week if your agency heavily relies on these features for client onboarding or management.
