Chat Widget Upgrade: Embed Any Chat Inline!

What changed
HighLevel has expanded the 'Embedded' placement option to all Chat Widget types, including All-in-One Chat, Email/SMS, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, Live Chat, and Voice AI. Previously, only Live Chat and Voice AI offered inline embedding; other chat types were limited to a floating bubble. Now, you can choose 'Embedded' placement within the Chat Widget Builder for any supported chat type.
Why it matters
This update provides significantly more control over how conversations appear and function across your digital properties. It allows agencies and businesses to create dedicated, native chat experiences directly within landing pages, websites, and support pages. This removes the need for visitors to interact with a floating chat bubble, integrating messaging seamlessly into the user journey.
How to use it
Navigate to the Chat Widget Builder in HighLevel and select your desired chat widget type. Under the widget placement settings, choose 'Embedded' instead of 'Sticky'. The embedded widget will open automatically and display as an always-open, inline chat experience within your page. Note that the floating chat bubble and initial prompt will be disabled, and the widget cannot be minimized in this mode.
