Ask AI Mobile App Now Schedules Prompts Automatically
TL;DR
The Ask AI Mobile App now allows users to schedule prompts for automatic execution with various frequencies and full task management.

TL;DR
Ask AI prompts in the HighLevel mobile app can now be scheduled to run automatically. This update introduces new mobile app functionality for agencies using Ask AI.
Who this affects
HighLevel has not confirmed who is affected by this change. It appears to be relevant for all agency owners and SaaS entrepreneurs who use the HighLevel mobile app and the Ask AI feature.
What changed
Ask AI prompts can now be scheduled to run automatically from the HighLevel mobile app. Scheduled prompts can be set to run at five frequencies: Manual (on demand), Hourly, Daily, Weekdays, and Weekly. Users can create, edit, pause, resume, and delete these scheduled tasks directly from their phone. Any scheduled task can be triggered immediately using a 'Run now' option. Run history is available for each task, detailing Completed, Skipped, or Failed statuses, along with timestamps and an unread indicator. Tapping a completed run in the history opens the full Ask AI conversation within the chat interface. Scheduled runs are now displayed in a 'Scheduled' section within Chat History, separate from 'Recents'. Tasks created on the mobile app will appear on the web version, and tasks created on the web will appear on mobile. HighLevel has not confirmed any limits or plan gating for this feature. HighLevel has not confirmed the rollout status of this feature.
Where to find it
This new functionality is located within the HighLevel mobile app. Navigate to Ask AI, then look for the recurring-clock icon.
How agencies will use this
An agency owner might schedule an Ask AI prompt to automatically generate daily social media post ideas for a client. For instance, they could set up a daily Ask AI task that runs at 9 AM, prompting, "Generate 5 unique social media post ideas for a local bakery promoting their daily specials. Focus on engagement and include a call to action to visit the store." Each day, the Ask AI will generate these ideas, and the agency owner can review them via the run history. If they need to quickly generate ideas outside the schedule, they can use the 'Run now' option. The agency could then easily copy these generated ideas into a social media scheduler or send them to the client. This automates a routine content generation task, freeing up time for other agency operations.
Our take
This is a major update to the Ask AI feature. The ability to schedule prompts brings significant automation potential, moving Ask AI beyond a reactive tool to a proactive one. Agencies can automate recurring content generation, reporting summaries, or internal operational tasks. The mobile app integration means these automations can be managed on the go, which is a practical improvement for busy operators. The integration between mobile and web interfaces for task management is also a solid design choice.
