AI Studio Sites Get Built-in Analytics & Form Submissions
TL;DR
AI Studio sites now include built-in analytics for page views, opt-ins, and form submissions, and track lead activity.

TL;DR
Published AI Studio sites now automatically measure performance data, including page views and form submissions. Agencies should republish existing AI Studio forms for full visitor path tracking.

What changed
Published AI Studio sites now automatically measure performance data. This includes project-level analytics covering:
- Page views.
- Unique visitors.
- Opt-ins.
- Opt-in rates with trends and period changes.
Project analytics also detail top pages, time on page, traffic sources, devices, browsers, and geographic data. Form submission data is collected within each project's analytics and links to the contact record. These submissions can be filtered by form and date, and agencies can create workflows from them.
A new 'AI Studio' section is available within Sites Analytics to view all AI Studio sites. Contact records for leads created from AI Studio sites retain their visit history, including viewed pages, origin, and submitted forms. Existing form opt-ins continue to count. AI Studio forms can be reconnected for full visitor path tracking by republishing them.
HighLevel has not confirmed any limits or plan gating for this feature. HighLevel has not confirmed the rollout status.
Where to find it
- Your project → More → Analytics → Overview
- Your project → More → Analytics → Form Submissions
- Sites → Analytics → AI Studio
- Contacts → Contact details → Activity
How agencies will use this
An agency managing an AI Studio site for a client can now monitor its performance directly within HighLevel. For example, if a client offers a lead magnet through an AI Studio site, the agency can navigate to Your project → More → Analytics → Overview to see the site's unique visitors and opt-in rates over the last month. The agency can then check Your project → More → Analytics → Form Submissions to see which forms are converting and link directly to new contact records. This data allows the agency to identify top-performing pages and traffic sources, informing content strategy for better lead generation. If the client wants to automate a follow-up, the agency can create a workflow directly from the form submission data. The agency can also review a specific lead's activity in Contacts → Contact details → Activity to see their full journey, including pages viewed and forms submitted.
Our take
This is a major update. The addition of built-in analytics and detailed submission tracking for AI Studio sites significantly improves their utility. Agencies no longer need to rely on external tools for basic site performance monitoring for these specific sites. The integration of lead activity directly into contact records streamlines follow-up and lead nurturing processes. Republishing existing forms is a small but necessary step to ensure complete data capture.
