HighLevel Launches Website/Funnel Schema Dashboard, SEO & AEO Tab
TL;DR
GoHighLevel launched a new Schema markup dashboard under a new SEO & AEO tab for websites and funnels.

TL;DR
HighLevel released a new dashboard for managing schema markup at the website and funnel level. This allows for bulk schema review, editing, and AI generation, moving schema management out of individual page builders.
Who this affects
HighLevel has not confirmed who is affected. This change impacts any agency or entrepreneur managing websites or funnels within HighLevel and using schema markup for SEO.
What changed
A Schema markup dashboard is now available at the website and funnel level. A new 'SEO & AEO' tab houses this dashboard. Users no longer need to open each page in the builder to check or fix schema. The dashboard shows overall schema health through a 'Schema coverage card'. This card rates sites as 'Needs work', 'Getting there', 'Good', or 'Excellent'. It also displays counts for 'Up to date', 'Might be outdated', and 'No schema'. Each page's schema types, status, and last updated date are visible at a glance. Schema can be generated with AI for one page or many pages. Schema generation progress is shown live, and generated schema results appear for review before going live. Schema can also be added or edited manually. Generated or edited schema remains 'Unsaved' until 'Save and publish' is clicked. Users can discard unsaved schema. Pages can be searched by name or path and filtered by schema status. Pages edited and republished 2 or more times since their schema creation are flagged as 'Might be outdated'. Existing schema appears automatically in the new tab, and pages without schema are flagged 'No schema'. Schema editing in the page builder still works, and the dashboard and page builder schema stay in sync. Running 'Generate schema' on a page with existing schema replaces it entirely.
HighLevel has not confirmed any limits or plan gating. HighLevel has not confirmed the rollout status.
Where to find it
Navigate to Sites → Websites/Funnels → select one → SEO & AEO.
How agencies will use this
An agency can now quickly audit all client website and funnel schema without opening individual pages. For a new client site, the agency can navigate to the 'SEO & AEO' tab, see which pages have 'No schema', and then use the AI generation feature to create initial schema for multiple pages at once. The agency can then review the generated schema, make manual adjustments where needed, and then 'Save and publish'. For an existing client who regularly updates their site pages, the agency can periodically check the 'Schema coverage card' to identify pages flagged as 'Might be outdated' or 'Needs work' and address them proactively.
Our take
This is a major update for anyone serious about SEO. The ability to manage schema in bulk and audit it centrally is a significant time-saver. Moving schema management out of the page builder is a step forward for efficiency. Agencies that frequently build or update sites and funnels will benefit most from this. HighLevel has not confirmed the full significance of this update.
