Notifications include a direct link to the app. Contextual banners appear in the dashboard to guide agencies through building, publishing, and promoting the app. Notifications are delivered to the agency owner and the user who configured the app. Notifications are fully localized, delivered in the admin's platform language. An App-Ready Alert shows once and disappears after the user acts on it. The Enable-Promotion Banner appears only when the app is in a PUBLISHED state. The Setup Banner is behind an experiment and rolling out progressively. HighLevel has not confirmed any limits, plan gating, or rollout status.
